Shipping & Returns

 - Shipping: 

After confirming of payment we will ship the order by EMS (or Economy Air).  If all the items are in stock, delivery should take less than 7 days, but if an item is out of stock it may take up to a few weeks.  Delivery times also vary according to the destination country.   For the following cases, please contact us via the 'Contact us' page of this website.

 - Cancellation:

This is possible only before shipment is made, and we charge a 10% fee.

 - Return and Replacement:

* We require notification within 7 days after your receipt of the package, and the goods must be in completely unused condition.

* We will handle the request as soon as possible.

* If the problem is our error (wrong product, defective merchandise, etc.) we will cover return shipping, otherwise the customer needs to cover the cost.

* Please contact your nearest delivery post office immediately if you receive our item in a damaged condition. 

* No returns can be accepted in the following cases:

No notification.  More than 8 days has passed after receipt of the package.  The product is used.  The product is damaged or stained by the customer.

 - If the problem is shipping damage, this will need to be handled by the shipping company.

 - Refunds:

* For returned products:

We will make refund through your Paypal account after checking the returned goods.  Please keep in mind that money transfer fee will be deducted.

* Other reasons:
